Memberships start at $40 per year. Discounted membership is available to women age 30 and under. And financial assistance is available if needed.
You can also support Sisterhood philanthropy efforts, sponsor membership for another sister, or donate to one of many Sisterhood fundraisers throughout the year. Such contributions are entirely optional and always appreciated. Member dues and donations make it possible for us to offer ongoing outreach, service, and support throughout the Jewish community.
Look around and you’ll get the idea: We are all ages, all marital statuses, women who work outside the home as well as within the home, women who have never had children, women with children underfoot, and women with children who are grown. We are Jews by birth and Jews by choice. We are steeped in tradition and we are looking to blaze new trails. Every kind of woman is part of Sisterhood!
When you join Sisterhood, you join a group of women committed to Temple Emanuel and each other. You become part of something bigger than yourself. You will find friendship, engaging activities, and a unique link to the Denver community at large.
That's entirely up to you! In fact, YOU choose your level of involvement: You can attend events, donate to a cause, help plan and host programs, help behind the scenes, or create a custom mix of those activities. You can even just pay dues and do nothing else but help support our philanthropic efforts -- whatever feels right and suits your schedule, budget, and interest. (And yes, you can change your mind at any time!)
The Sisterhood membership year is July 1 to June 30. Members can join anytime.
